My Dream, My Future

             Dream or goal is a projected computation of affairs that a person or a system plans or intends to achieve. Many people endeavor to reach their goals within an early time. In order to achieve our dreams, we need a strong determination.
             Everybody of us has a dream. My dream is to become a nurse someday. I want to become a nurse because I want to help my family. I want to change their sacrifices for me. I also want to help other people by giving them my service as a nurse. I want to reach my dream so that I will not suffer poverty in my future. In order to achieve my dream, I will study hard and have a strong determination.

"Change: It starts with me"

            As years passed,everybody has a change in their life. Change starts with us. We should change our self first, so that other people would respect us. We should also disciplined our self for our own good.
            I believe that change starts with me and I am committed to do everything. Little by little, the new me would be able to start to make my life colorful and meaningful. All people will be return their life to God. We don't know the exact time that we will return our life so we should change our self.

" Kannawidan Festival "

          Kannawidan is tradition or heritage in Ilocano. This festival aims to harness Ilocos Sur's rich historical values and products in order to attract foreign and local tourist and investors. Like last year, thousands tourist and visitors are expected to flock to vigan city and its neighboring towns during the unique festival to have a glimpse of the old traditions, culture and unique products of the people of Ilocos Sur. Through this kannawidan Ylocos Festival, an Iloco term which means feast of all heritages, practices and products in Ilocos Sur.
          During Kannawidan Festival, there's a lot of activities that are held in front of provincial capitol hall and quadrangle, plaza salcedo, plaza encarnacion and president Quirino stadium. There are also artists who came here in our province to entertain us. And according to our vice governor, DV Savellano, the kannawidan festival is for us Ilocano's to promote our old customs, traditions, culture and for our own products to strengthen our demand.

" Vigan City Fiesta "

        Every year, we are celebrating the Vigan City Fiesta. There's a lot of activities that are happen in this event. The Vigan City Fiesta is held every january 25. It is celebrated during the feast day of the conversion of St. Paul the Apostle. The Vigan City Fiesta usually lasts for several days. It includes within the period of the celebration of the anniversary of the cityhood of Vigan, which is commemorated every january 27. During our fiesta there are cultural shows, parades and street dancing prepared by the local government with the help of the local industries and communities. There are also food fairs, arts and crafts exhibits, as well as a visiting carnival. Within the Vigan City Fiesta days, the Longganisa Festival is also celebrated. The city has a longganisa themed parade and at one time attempted to set a record for having the longest longganisa ever made.
